Services Offered

We manage and coordinates all activities involved in the administration of all contracts, subcontracts, and purchase orders in accordance with Federal Regulations, Uniform Commercial Code (UCC), company policy and procedure, and appropriate standard business practices.

We manage and assist in the administration of a variety of contracts to include Firm-Fixed Price (FFP), Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF), Cost-Plus-Award-Fee (CPAF), Time-and-Materials (T&M), Indefinite Delivery - Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), and negotiate Non-Disclosure Agreements and Teaming Agreements.

We perform contract/subcontract review, negotiations and interface with customer/vendor contracting personnel.

We assist with cost proposals to address Request for Proposal (RFP) requirements.

We review all contract/subcontract modifications and proposals for completeness, compliance and accuracy.

We monitor performance, funding and payments on assigned contracts.

 We notify management of potential non-compliance and other problems that could have an adverse impact to the company.

We ensure compliance with all US Government contract reporting requirements.

We Participate in customer business management reviews, focusing on contractual issues.

We work with legal counsel to advise management on contractual rights and obligations.

We develop and execute Subcontract Plans.

 We prepare RFP packages for prospective subcontractors, as well as evaluate responses.

We develop, issue and negotiate subcontract agreements.

We assist program managers in the oversight of subcontractor/vendor performance.

We prepare, issue and monitor purchase orders for commercial vendors.

Ensure compliance regarding Company’s government property system.

We document best practices and develop policies and procedures that conform to government regulations with the goal of the Company securing formal government approval of its contracting/purchasing system.

We develop, execute and administer Non Disclosure Agreements and Teaming Agreements.

We evaluate Organizational Conflict of Interest (OCI) issues.
